Crack Sealing
Crack sealing protects the stability and appearance of your pavement by blocking water and debris from entering. Our hot-pour crack sealing also prevents small cracks from expanding, which can double your pavement’s lifespan and delay the need for costly resurfacing.

Sealcoating Preparation & Application
Sealcoating is preventive, not corrective. All existing cracks and damage should be repaired before application. New asphalt should be seal coated after a 90-day cure and every 2–4 years thereafter. For best results, it should be applied in dry weather above 50°F, with no traffic on sealed areas for at least 12–24 hours to allow curing.
